Lyon, France, July 1st, 2022 - The International Association of Pancreatology (IAP) is a unique international organisation established in 1985 and devoted to clinical understanding of pancreatic diseases. Its congress gathers scientists and clinical investigators from all over the world and is dedicated to exploring pancreatic biology in order to improve treatment outcomes in a variety of pancreatic disorders.

The Japan Pancreas Society (JPS) was founded in1969 and aims to progress and disseminate the research on pancreatology. 
JPS collaborates and cooperates with relevant research organizations in Japan and overseas.

Ana Hennino INSERM Team Leader and StromaCare CSO will give a conference on “Stromal components: the unusual suspects for immunosuppression in pancreatic cancer” on 7^th of July as part of the Pancreatic Cancer Basics topic.
